Dr. John (Yusuf) Wainwright is a mission-driven leader with over 30 years of experience in international leadership development, cross-cultural engagement, and mentoring.  As a certified Townsend Leadership Program (TLP) Director, he equips leaders with emotional resilience, relational intelligence, and practical tools to thrive in complex environments while fostering human flourishing and organizational transformation.

Dr. Wainwright holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford, where his research explored Islamic models of personal growth and leadership. Over the years, he has successfully guided organizations through transformative growth, transitioning from founder-led to team-led models that prioritize collaboration, sustainability, and relational health. John provides leaders with a holistic framework to grow their influence while nurturing environments where individuals and communities can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Dr. Hala Eloreibi is an internationally certified life coach with a passion for empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. With extensive experience in leadership development, personal growth, and strategic communication, she has guided countless individuals toward achieving their goals and cultivating confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.

Holding a PhD in Leadership and Diplomacy, Dr. Eloreibi’s research explores how personality strength influences success in international relations and leadership effectiveness. She is also a certified Human Rights Consultant, advocating for ethical leadership and social impact. Her expertise spans communication, self-development, leadership, and work-life balance, allowing her to equip clients with the tools they need to navigate personal and professional challenges with clarity and purpose.
